2.4 If we book a repair in manually via our secure admin system, if we receive permission to do so, we store your name, email address(if provided) and phone number(either landline or mobile) in our secure database, this data is used so you can track your repair online via a secure link after logging in with your username and password to view current and past repairs. We will never send sms messages or emails without your permission and will never pass your data onto third parties.
